Throughout my journey, I served as CEO and the chairwoman of board of directors, and taught and managed a university IT department. These experiences have shaped my entrepreneurial journey in the business world, investments and M&A. But it didn't start this way…

The journey from where I began to where I am now has been one of persistence, learning, and bold moves. I’ve realized that the most valuable commodity isn’t money—it’s your mind, what you’ve learned, and the actions you take. Once you eliminate all excuses and have the courage to take action, you turn knowledge into tangible results.

I started as an employee working in a room filled with outdated computer equipment—essentially a company storage space. I transformed that room into a proper server room, which taught me the importance of taking initiative and solving problems.

Later, my experience as a university IT department director helped me develop leadership skills, manage responsibilities with limited resources, and handle the pressure of working with diverse individuals with unique needs in a highly regulated environment.

Stepping into industrial and manufacturing businesses gave me firsthand experience in company culture, daily operations, and high-level board meetings. Each challenge along the way deepened my understanding of the real struggles businesses face every day.As I invested in myself, continuously learning and applying knowledge to business and strategic investments, I also got into real estate and all its aspects.I continue to make waves in real estate and business, and I am excited to explore new opportunities for growth and innovation in the industry and M&A.

In addition to my field experience, my academic and professional credentials—MBA, a master’s in IT, CBAP® certification through IIBA, SAFe Agilist certification, ICF membership as a candidate International Business Coach, and EQ-i administration—strengthen my capacity to empower individuals and businesses in achieving sustainable growth and meaningful success.
